Additional brake: The additional brake is located in the upper machine room. It operates based on the principle of friction and acts through the wedge and the brake disc installed on the main shaft drive.
Increase driving force and rotational leeway: In terms of the rotational radius, the driving force and rotational leeway of the entire drive have been significantly increased. Additionally, the diameter of the drive spindle has been thickened to provide it with better load-bearing capacity.
Emergency stop switch: On the basis of installing emergency stop switches at the original upper and lower entrances and exits, an additional emergency stop switch is set on the outer cover plate every 5 meters. This is used to quickly stop the escalator in case of emergencies, ensuring the safety of passengers.
