Villa elevators do not require mandatory acceptance, but the time interval for inspecting home elevators should not exceed 12 months, especially regarding the validity of the following items;
a) Door lock device (for sliding doors);
b) Electrical safety devices;
c) Grounding continuity;
d) Support and suspension system;
e) Drive unit and brake;
f) Devices for preventing free fall and overspeed descent, such as speed limiters and safety clamps;
g) Alarm system;
h) Door protection devices (such as: safety touchplates and light curtains);
i) Inspection of the inner surface of the hoistway (such as: distance, surface and sharp edges);
j) Guide rails and guide shoes;
k) Lighting and emergency lighting;
1) Emergency operation device;
m) All identifiers.
Maintenance
a) Routine maintenance involves the observation, inspection and simple tests of equipment and its operating status by maintenance personnel through their eyes, ears, nose, hands and body. Detect and solve the early signs of faults in a timely manner. Routine maintenance is generally carried out every two weeks.
b) Regular maintenance involves conducting a thorough inspection, repair, replacement and adjustment of certain parts of the equipment in operation, so as to ensure that the inspected parts meet the necessary standards and the intrinsic quality of the equipment. Regular maintenance is generally carried out once a month.
